Who we are
cAIsper Consulting is run by Casper Stanita from Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, UK. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at casper@caisper-consulting.com or on 07414 726864.
What we collect
- Details you give us in a Facebook or Instagram lead form: your name, phone number, email address, trade or business type, and town.
- Details you enter on our website preview tool: business name, town, and phone number or email if you give them.
- Details you give when you book a call: name, email, and anything you add to the booking.
- Messages and call notes if you speak to us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Basic technical data when you visit our site, such as device type and pages viewed.
Why we use it
- To phone, message or email you about the service you asked about. This is usually within minutes of you submitting a form.
- To build and show you a free website preview.
- To run and book the call you asked for.
- To improve our adverts and website, and to keep records.
Our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business and replying to people who contacted us. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We only use trusted providers to run the service. These include Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for lead forms and ads, Cloudflare and Vercel for hosting, Cal.com for call bookings, and our customer record and notification tools. They process data for us under their own terms. Some of them may handle data outside the UK, under standard safeguards.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a customer, we delete your details within 12 months of your last contact. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as the law requires, usually up to 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or move it. You can also withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email casper@caisper-consulting.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
